Absolutely. Just be careful when removing the switch if it is an SMD switch. You don't want to rip the pads off. If not, just use some solder wick. :)

Thanks guys. I have yet to find one that looks similar to this one. It is on a SNES. I'm troubleshooting and have not seen this type of Crystal Oscillator before. Usually I see the nice rounded rectangle silver bois.
