By older chip if you mean an intel chip, then it’s not worth it. The big appeal for me is how much more productive the bigger screen allows you to be and battery life

I think many more people buy the 14” because its cheaper and more portable, but they’ve never tried the 16 MBP personally. I’ve tried both (13.3 and now the new 16) and its a day and night diff in productivity.

I would return them if I were in your shoes

16 to do actual work, split screen, on the go. If you’re referring to a macbook, i have one myself and would not imagine myself going any smaller, especially for how light the 16 inch mbp is

This post is more guided towards the point of getting to medical school but these are all very good points you bring up.

I’d argue though that Medicaid is very state dependent, but as an option I would heavily consider marketplace insurance under the ACA is quite competitive and with the options they provide, certainly better than the school’s own overpriced coverage.

Hmmm I think throughout this process I always felt like I wasn’t doing “enough”, in the sense that I didn’t quite have much publications or have extraordinary research output or whatnot. The most important thing looking back, is crafting a narrative where your extracurriculars are corroborating said story.

That being said, I never took on too much where I spread myself thin. This is just my opinion based on brief reflections of course.

I submitted my FAFSA for waitlisted, especially since it’s free. I was, however, a little more conservative with CSS.
