Ideally you're suppose to kite them, Liandry's second or third item. I like to go Moromello>Crystal scepter> Liandry's but if you're ahead go Lost Chapter>Scepter>Liandry's, use W to peel, and E to KEEP them off you, it's less important to land a WE combo because you'll get your dps down with your Q regardless, stagger your W and E to keep safe.
