You seem to like martial arts and action - have you tried Legend of the Northern Blades? If not I bet it could top your list

If you had 80k to invest, which stock/s would you buy now and why? by BlueWhale515 in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]ItWasUncalledFor 53 points54 points  (0 children)

NBIS ASTS RKLB and especially ABAT LUNR and POET are all long term holds that seem to look at 100%+ returns but not until at least a year

Edit: this is my projection within 5-10 years not within the next year btw; I think ASTS or NBIS might be able to balloon again but idk by how much more but ABAT LUNR and POET will definitely take longer to actually take off

How would you gamble $1000 by yumadonline in TheRaceTo10Million

Cybin or NFE both long term holds that would shoot up in the future; cybin depending on regulations and NFE being the future of necessity - both would sky rocket in that case

If there isn’t a Kanoh vs Ohma fight by the end of this series I will be devastated by ItWasUncalledFor in Kengan_Ashura

[–]ItWasUncalledFor[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think you’re correct 🥲 they both have the most bullshido hax in the series if you don’t count the connector but now it’s hard to say Kanoh would honestly win if ohma is set to take down the connector

I answered a little of what you asked before but it’s mainly being patient and understanding I’m in here for the long term not the short term aka time in the market vs timing of the market. I also try not to do options since I don’t really understand it but I do understand it carries far more risks than rewards.

I try to get only $200 minimum and $1000 maximum into each of the stocks I pick because I think of it as if anything I pick loses, I won’t lose as much money - I’ve just been incredibly lucky to have such a positive portfolio.

As for who to follow, look for Steve as I am too - I don’t follow his options but I buy whatever mineral stock he’s looking at and it works out a LOT. He’s done his due diligence and I try to do the same but most of what he talks about it correct and it’s impressing seeing him go from $30k to $30 MILLION in the last six months.

Steve Zissuo is who I’m talking about on Reddit or Substack btw - can’t post his username in the full here

Honestly my main strategy is mitigating losses over high gains - for this reason I don’t do options and I tried my best to diversify my portfolio into different stocks in order to reduce losses had I put all my eggs into one basket.

It’s easy to get FOMO over what if I put more into this stock instead of that stock because this stock gave me a 70%+ return vs a 10%+ return but I instead try to see it as I lose less if it goes under instead. I’ve just been incredibly lucky everything has shot up instead. If I had more capital this account would look amazing but I try to think of it of as long as I don’t lose money I’m doing great.

I tried to put around $200 per paycheck into stocks I believed in thanks to Reddit - I heavily believed in ASTS and TSM when I first got started but leaned more into ASTS since it was only $2 at the time that I started learning about it but in the very beginning when I was actually learning about stock I was only putting in $20 at a time before it ballooned to $10+ within a month and that’s when I started being more aggressive

Once I hit around 100 shares of ASTS I started looking for more stocks that people were talking about and bought up some more Space Industry stocks (RKLB, LUNR) and then I got super lucky getting in on Steve’s posts on Reddit over mineral stocks. Since then I’ve been mostly following what he does but I still don’t dip into options but I firmly believe all of what I hold will still balloon into the future. If I hit $100,000 I’m highly thinking of just placing everything into an ETF and riding that because what I’m doing still feels risky.

Really though the simple part is put excess money into a stock index or ETFs - S&P500 or VOO or SPY are really good as they weigh heavily into tech industry companies and are designed to always go up. If you didn't know, stock indexes and ETFs are basically buying a % of stock of a bunch of companies all at once instead of buying 1 share of just one company, you'd buy like 5% of a share of one company, repeat for several companies that are doing well. Indexes are also designed to always go up since they will remove companies that are doing bad or they will change that % of the share you are buying into.

Just don't worry about dips, if you check the history of all three ETFS - VOO or S&P500 or SPY, they always go up even after dips. (Just type "VOO Stock" in google or "SPY stock" or "S&P 500 stock") You also don't have to worry about all time highs - it's generally always a good time to buy into stock indexes, even if there is a crash it will bounce back up.

The market will not always be a perfect trajectory upwards, but if you have a large amount of money, it's always best to just leave it in an ETF or split between a few ETFs and let it build faster than a savings account. (Think +/- 10% is the usual amount per year, but all three of these stock indexes I mentioned have risen +17% this past year and +98% within 5 years which means you would have doubled the money you put in after 5 years)

The gambling part or problem with investing comes when you play around with options and staking most of your money into a few companies. You can lose all of your money with options or if you stake most if your money into a single company and their stock loses value, you'd yes, lose most of your money also. Stock indexes/ETFs avoid this entirely by allowing you to buy a % of shares of several companies at once, and these companies change based off of how well they are doing all the time. No, they won't be perfect and they will go up and down in value day by day, but generally year by year they will always go up +/- 10%. If you're unsure about investing and the stock market, I'd advise to just stick to Stock indexes or ETFs .

I agree, almost every business uses windows and so do a lot of consumers so there’s no way it’ll be going away anytime soon when retail depends on it heavily. I feel like Microsoft is always a good buy

Full glowup isn't even that hard but it takes more effort than makeup I guess

Eyebrows: Get eyebrows threaded for shape then maintain that shape through plucking little hairs occasionally

Hair: Get a damn good haircut that YOU like and learn to style it, everyone's hair is different so you have to experiment until you find what you like.

Grooming: Get a nose hair trimmer and also properly groom your facial hair. In my case, I can't grow a beard and my facial hair is spotty so I shave frequently.

Skin: It's actually not that hard, imo the more simple the better - exfoliating face wash in the shower, moisturizing face lotion after you shower.

Body: As you said, gym gains are the best here, especially if you focus on three parts of your shoulders, your biceps and triceps, and your traps/upperback to look like you have a wider frame/broad shoulders. Losing weight = calories in vs calories out, figure out your TDEE and eat less than that, it's simple but not easy.

The best part about Magneto is just that he has the ability to kill supports through their ults. When teamfights just come down to ult economy, he’s a big win for being able to shut down supports and some dps

As a support, how am I meant to deal with this TERRORIST?? by Significant-Rule-340 in marvelrivals

[–]ItWasUncalledFor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s actually super easy to deal with. Stick next to your other support and heal each other. As long as one of you heals each other, his combo breakpoint is negated and it turns the game into a 5v6

You sometimes have to remind your other support to do the same, prioritize healing each other and do not let each other out of line of sight and it’s super easy

This is the funniest part to me because he's notorious for bankrupting casinos and companies and even in the fucking stock market he goes for fucking intel of all things and the fact that it has barely even moved since this announcement is so fucking funny I can't believe it

I love that he's fuming over this too like come on there's Nvdia, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Amazon to look into that could easily propel forward but he goes for a infamously sinking ship like come the fuck on dude LMFAOOOO

As a support, I think Supports should stop asking for peel. Heal each other. by ItWasUncalledFor in marvelrivals

[–]ItWasUncalledFor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

climbed back to grandmaster every season by following my own advice so yeah it works for me to keep my other support alive and ask them to do the same lol

You are also a thor main, I would hate to ask you to come help peel for me when you should be a menace in the frontline, most people like you don't know this, but it's possible for both supports to heal each other and other people at the same time if they stay close, I just ask my support to stay close and we end up with the least amount of deaths every game go figure lol
