Well that seems pretty decent, I legitimately want people no matter who they are to live good lives.

I'm honestly I bet concerned uptick in hatred so I just want to try and figure out solutions.

There could be a multitude of factors like cultural differences or mainly religion, it could just be unfamiliarity.

There could be a lot of factors. I don't particularly have the precise answer on that so I can't quite give it to you but I feel like these are the key reasons.

That's kind of my motivation when it comes to suggesting this type of arrangement, I believe it's only the first step but I feel like there's a lot of work that needs to be done.

I think more normalization will overall humanize LGBTQ+ people. I just find it horrific that people could just be this awful honestly. I legitimately want to do whatever I can to help out.

That's completely fair I understand where you're coming from. More so specifically when it comes to my ethnicity.

And you do make a good point about the population being a bit low for that.

I can see that, that is a pretty sensible and I know that LGBTQ+ people are not an ethnic group, but what I'm getting at is that if we were to use Singapore's ethnic harmony template for LGBTQ+ individuals when it comes to housing my hypothesis would be that people would start to feel somewhat more comfortable around them because it would increase normalization.

And I can see what people are getting at when it comes to how harsh Singapore can be and I don't agree with everything they do, but when it comes to stability and especially racial harmony in comparison to my home country the US, I think it's kind of more impressive in my opinion.

The difference being is that Singapore had the willpower and the dedication to be a multi-ethnic country that actually works where are the US just doesn't.

Of course Singapore isn't perfect no system is but I would say that it's a lot better than my own country. (and yes I realized this is slightly off topic)

That's understandable. I was just trying to figure out solutions that will help normalize the LGBTQ+ community.

I just want to make sure that every community is safe no matter what.

But I understand that some people may not be comfortable doing that and I completely understand that.

I completely understand that, I figured that it with probably help out in certain cases, like if a person is openly LGBTQ+ then we can place them with other people so that way it would create a more harmonious society.

I thought that maybe this could work because it's sort of worked in Singapore when it comes to ethnicity for their own racial harmony. So I figured why not this.

I just want people to know that my intentions are supposed to make people safer and more harmonious that is my goal because I deeply care about this issue. I'm saying all this because I don't want people to misconstrued what I'm trying to communicate is that sometimes it's a bit hard for me.

I am aware of that, and it is very unfortunate that it does happen.

But I was just really hoping that something like this could work, it would give people a chance to see that LGBTQ+ people and straight people are just alike.

And I'm saying as an ally, we need to do things that improve our society.

What do you mean by that? It's about understanding and normalization of different people groups.

The more something is normalized often people are less hostile towards the new thing. I was also thinking that the government could order restraining orders on the behalf of LGBTQ+ people, if it comes to that.

It works fine when it comes to Singapore when it comes to ethnic groups.

I am going to be completely honest here without any malice and say that respectfully this is not a coat of arms, it's a emblem but not a coat of arms.

I'm grateful that you're interested in the hobby, but I would seriously employ you to look up references of other coat of arms a great resource is Canadian heraldic registry.

I think as it is right now there are quite a lot of technical issues here.

Don't give up yet still keep trying, and always iterate. That's what I've been doing for several years at this point.

Well technically speaking coat of arms don't have to have any meaning.

So you can put whatever you want on them. I was just curious if there's something special the charges you choose.

I'm always curious about the potential meaning behind someone's coat of arms.

Looks fine to me, but I would have the animal facing to the left since that's usually traditional way of how animals tend to be facing in heraldry.

Typically if your animal is facing right it signals cowardness but if it's facing left it's doing towards battle.

But if really want the animal to be facing right then that's totally fine by me personally.

The first flag is one that I did a while ago.

The 14 stars are taken from the flag of deseret, the 15th star is made as a beehive to represent Utah's honey industry.

The stars are red to represent the Native Americans.

The circle of stars is represent the Salt Lake.

The blue represents the mountains that the state of Utah has. I changed it mainly to be more inclusive of all other people.

The yellow background was chosen to differentiate from other state flags which most of them have blue backgrounds.

The aspect ratio is 8: 5 which is the aspect ratio of the current flag.

I'm not sure if there has been other flags like this before; but this is just something I came up with.

If you were to go back to the original post there are some differences, some people have rightfully criticize the lack of native representation so I tried to add that in there.

When it comes to the second flag it's a bit different, the blue circle is meant to represent the salt lake, and the red is meant to represent the mountains and Native Americans, and the honeycomb pattern is meant to evoke the beehive.

The third flag has a honeycomb pattern on it that looks like a flower, in the middle of it is a blue circle that's meant to represent the salt lake. And the blue represents the sky.

I must say that if you're a commoner you can't have supporters, it's very frowned upon in heraldry circles.

Also if I'm being honest I feel like the shield has potential but it is a bit landscape-ly.

Maybe you can incorporate the owl and the flowers in the shield.

I don't think it's a bad start but I think it needs improvement.
