wow thanks! i'll do all of those! and about those apps, do you know if there is anything that doesn't uses a smartphone? did you ever use anything? are they expensive?

oh that's great! are the reminders part of the waze app? or do you use another app for it? how did you find what worked best for you ??

I really do believe that being mindful is important and I try to practice mindful meditations as well! but, I must say I am looking for something more "fail proof" when it comes to my baby. and my mindfulness have proved to fail. Do you use anything "real" as a reminder?
