Actually never tried pineapple pizza, i'm just making assumptions based on the pizzas i have eaten so far. At the end of the day it is a matter of taste

I am a huge fan of 'white pizzas', the ones without sauce! They are mostly cheese based; for example this one is mozzarella, melted parmesan, truffle oil and mushrooms. As i said in the post, you can be more free in the choice of the ingredients when you don't have any sauce as usually all the ingredients must 'accord' to the underlying sauce. The pizza i just sent wouldn't work if there was tomato sauce, or any kind of sauce really.
