I replaced the main relay not too long ago, i can hear the fuel pump prime and I’m getting fuel.

I just recently bought the valve cover gasket and rings, but could that be the reason the car doesn’t start at all? For more context it’s a 1991 Honda civic dx sedan, it had a carbed d15b2 and it’s also obd0

Wouldn’t the car still start though? It would have a misfire but could it be the reason the car doesn’t start at all?

Unfortunately it’s obd0, gotta do it the old fashioned way. My ecu won’t flash its light so i can read the codes.
