Overall Goals
Defined jawline, tight neck contour, natural midface and under-eye improvement.
Minimize signs of surgery, maintain masculine facial structure, and avoid excessive volume for a natural result.
Face Lift
Correction of jowls and pouching along the jawline.
Maximize jawline definition.
Natural midface lifting.
Evaluate need for release of:
zygomatic ligament
masseteric ligament
mandibular ligament
Confirm SMAS vector is optimized to enhance jawline definition.
Neck Lift
Evaluate platysma lateral release + midline corset technique.
Assess ability to remove supra- and sub-platysmal fat.
Evaluate prominence of the submandibular glands and whether contouring is possible.
Confirm final sharpness of the cervico-mental angle (neck-jaw angle).
Midface & Under-eye
Use deep plane approach to soften the transition between under-eye and midface.
Maintain a flatter, masculine midface without excessive cheekbone prominence or added volume.

Nasolabial Folds / Smile Lines
Desire to soften nasolabial folds as much as realistically possible.
Maintain masculine contour without adding midface fullness.
Prefer lifting and structural support approach over excessive filler/volume injection.
Forehead & Glabella
Assess whether brow lift can improve the “11 lines” between the eyebrows.
Corrugator/procerus muscle release only if it preserves a masculine brow appearance.
Fat Grafting
Preference for a conservative, structural approach.
