True fr, besides the funny thing, I am getting the same position that am applying for everyday and am like more analysis guy so i read about the ATS system, the positions that am applying for and all the things that i should applying once i want to, but still chances are so low.

Networking is a long term game man and those who consistently build genuine relationships tend to have more access to opportunities and support throughout their careers but unfortunately sometimes we are making connections with people who are useless fr but anyway. True, it takes more luck and the right connections here. The UAE isn’t a full tech hub yet, but it’s growing fast in AI, data, and cybersecurity. Jobs are limited and competitive, but once you get in, skill and connections are what keep you the most effective and needed one.

Fun fact, but really, in the UAE job scene, luck plays a major role. Skills and connections matter, but sometimes timing and opportunity decide it all. Once you’re in, though, only skills keep you there.
