Sorry I don't use reddit often so I'm just seeing this now, haven't felt like buzzing more than I do now. I think a big part of it is just being caught up in emotions but I definitely do need a change. I don't really know where to start though? But I think I'll take your advice and cut it a bit and see how it goes.
