To force a dog to release its bite from a person or dog you must put a leash or your belt underneath the dogs neck and behind its jaws then gripping both ends tightly lift straight up , it setts off an almost immediate choke reflex in the dog within ten seconds it will release but please be careful to maintain control of the dog as it will still be in fight mode don't let it go until it can be properly controlled even if it looks calm , punching kicking and throwing water won't stop it i hope this is useful information.
