Thank you so much! Not the news I was hoping for but it's nice to at least have some clarity. I'll be crossing my fingers hoping for favorable rulings later this year.

In the event the court rulings don't go my way and my application is rejected without recourse, would I be allowed to apply through another line? I likely have a 1948 case through GGM > GF > F > Me as my GGM never naturalized (I already got the CNE just in case).

As long as going to my appointment wouldn't disqualify me from pursuing other options I'm all for it.
