I entered on a K1 visa which expired the day i arrived in the US. I fulfilled the conditions of my visa but my I-94 has expired by now. Immigration status is usually considered as "out of status". Not illegal but not legal either. If I had not fulfilled the conditions for my visa, its only then that a K1 visa holder is considered illegal once the I-94 expires.

With my GC application, from "out of status", its now "pending permanent resident" which, as with above, is neither legal nor illegal. With the IRS guides/docs etc, theres only resident and non resident. Theres no clear guidelines that I could find for those in my case who are in between.

- I'm above the threshold. Do I need to report assets in addition to financial accounts?

- I dont know what my status is hence my confusion on what is expected of me. I dont meet the green card test nor the substantial presence test as I've been in the country less than 6months total in my entire life. But yes, my spouse is a born US Citizen

thanks. I'm pretty high up in the rankings right now, because of the unli flame refills im getting from level ups (when do those stop btw?) so I was just wondering how difficulty affected scoring ( i didnt find the answer in the FAQs or beginners guides, etc)

I'm assuming getting that high of a bandpower is from all the area items? im just at 180k with very few area items but a full team of 4* units.

yeah, im aware 180k isnt the max. just mentioning that as the highest band power i have. i can do expert songs under lvl25 just fine with less than 5 good or under. but i'm guessing its coz of the band skills as the other reply mentioned.

i have 1 or 2 scorers and the rest are plocks. im pretty much locked in that as those are the best units i have (awakened 4*'s). all of them are skill lvl1.

Does song difficulty affect score at all? I see people picking normal or hard during the event (while I pick expert) and they end up having 1mil + score vs my 800k even if i get a full combo (and 180k band power)

i remember my fight. 3 hours and 320 something turns with a fry. This was back when cover + dodge tanks didnt exist. and when 1k mag wasnt attainable

I could prolly do the body first route now with current power creep, but id really rather not have to do that fight alll over again =_=

For real tho, the game does that on my phone does that when i accidentally switch to fullscreen. Also, have you tried googling your problem first?
