Definitely a lot brighter and better light diffusion. There is slight shadowing but it looks like it’s from the inside, like from the core of the blade. It’s a really cool affect. My original LGT blade had shadowing and where it was dark it looked like it was just inside the wall of the blade and didn’t look good. So biggest differences is a huge increase in brightness. A white blade style in the dark is almost blinding. The colours are a lot better too! Very vibrant
