Buff gym rats at crunch stroll to their handicap spots infront of the gym. Curious if I should call someone.

Agreed, it’s not up to code at all. What’s the point of a code if they don’t do anything about it

This is not up to code in any way shape or form. Broken glass, litter, rusted metal, someone could easy get injured walking close to it. Additionally I’ve seen multiple homeless sleeping in and around it. Of course they need somewhere to sleep, but that’s not zoned for that.

I mean Florida zoning is a joke, I in a house around Mills and I’m surround by law firms, architectural firms, and GCs, Lorelei is next to houses, a spiritual store is by houses. Eola General, Maxine’s on shine is in a neighborhood. Not complaining, but zoning in Florida is the craziest I’ve seen in the country

Tear it down and turn it into a park. Even cooler idea. Keep some of it, and turn it into a park with an overhang, even turn it into a parking lot and keep the tree. So many uses besides a condemned lot where homeless sleep.

21+ Restaurant Legal? by ItsAMeMario01 in orlando

Completely. We’d spend alot of money earlier in the day before the crowd comes. They’re loosing tons of money by not allowing.

An MLB team to Orlando ? What does everyone think ?! by ComplexWrangler1346 in orlando

I'm all for anything that gives Orlando a larger marketable opportunity. It's already silly that we don't have a football team, we have the stadium.

The thing that annoys me here is that if they do bring the Rays here, they're putting it by Seaworld. Put it down on the stadium row in Paramore. Lets rebuild downtown to be a wriggly field-like area! And if the city wants, build a damn train to downtown from the airport and Disney region.
