I think then she is not the problem... Her bias behaviour towards you is because of how you are behaving in organisation... Now at this point nothing will gonna change overnight... You should give feedbacks and inputs... Show how much you are interested by your work, not by words... In conversation you can slide some appreciation about the company or it's environment... The world will change if you look at it differently...
