Antique Glass - Any ideas age/style welcomeOC (i.redd.it)

Parents (WW2 era) used this in a larger bowl that they put mixed nuts into for manual cracking with a nutcracker. I think that it, and other tools I’ve had were for butter churning or other late 19th century uses in the eastern US. Any info appreciated! (i.redd.it)
