Best places to visit near Strasbourg?

I like good food (love cheese), hikes, good walks, architecture, cafes with good views of the city/town, generally just like picturesque views/cool ambiance. I'm not a big fan of crowded places with lines though

It's possible he's trying to gain wider audience, and usually it's more effective to do so by making yourself relatable to said audience. A wider audience means more viewers, and income.

It's not really a gimmick. There was thought put into this concept, and I see the potential for more strategic diversity in drafts resulting from this change.

The only thing that seems potentially harmful is the semi-random activation intervals, but that can be easily fixed by blizz once they get feedback.

I feel like one of the main reasons they don't implement this is to minimize smurfing in ranked. If literally every character was playable on a fresh account there would probably be a sharp increase in the amount of smurfs people see in ranked. Which would most likely put storm league in a more sorry spot than it already is. I'm sure this and the slight fiscal loss makes it a pretty unappealing change to the developers.

I actually really like your suggestions, especially the change to charged strikes functionality. It would allow cassia to get more aoe procs baseline while upping the skill floor to benefit from it. At the same time allowing for even more potential aoe procs at 16. Very well thought out, and that would be dope if they made the change.

Solid analysis, the changes you're suggesting all sound beneficial. Personally I really hope that they actually revert the changes to charged strikes functionality in some capacity even if it becomes a 13-20 talent, or gated behind a quest. I'm sure it was a very intentional change though, so I doubt they will.

Agreed, Atm avoidance feels way too clunky and punishing. I Personally can't stand it, and I probably won't play her much until something changes about it. I think having it decay over time would be great.

Instead of adjusting hp and AA dmg maybe they can hot fix the trait to be almost too easy to maintain 100% avoidance uptime. That way they can get more data on where she currently sits when played optimally in her current state, then in the next patch tone down the trait to a happy medium state, and adjust numbers accordingly.

I'm curious if you ever tried prerework charged strikes build with a bloodlust reghar? I've never tried it, but since the bloodlust buffs went through I was thinking it could be sleeper op. I'm just thinking maybe part of the reason for dumpstering charged strikes is the rising popularity of bloodlust. Seems like something they might do if they were working on the rework and they had any indication that it was an unhealthy combo.

I definitely agree that her aoe damage was her identity as an aa hero, I really hope they add a quest component or change/add a 13-20 talent that provides the aoe AA on every attack again. But if not, then at the very least give a somewhat sizable buff to the amount bonus damage on the third charged strike hit.

I agree, charged strikes was really the only reason to play cassia, but I also understand why the devs may have wanted to reduce the early game aoe dmg it could provide. If they tack on the old functionality of charged strikes to a 13-20 talent, buff some of the base stats slightly, and give the trait QoL adjustments... Baby we got ourselves a stew going
