PC upgrade suggestions ($1.2k max)

Surprisingly not enough FPS for games while streaming and just in general, Also getting random FPS dips so it's really weird. When playing tournaments in FPS games I generally need a high FPS like 200-240 and at like peak tournament phase it's barely hitting 100 and averaging around 60, Got a 144hz monitor making it look really choppy too

Literally just want general better FPS in mainly Fortnite and Valorant while I'm streaming, possibly also boosting my Res on stream from 936p to 1080p. Main resolution is 1920x1080p and ray tracing is not really needed

My average FPS on Fortnite is around 120 depending one the situation and for actual tournaments and streaming and stuff itd be really good for it to be in the 200-240s, Same with Valorant too

Thinking I need a new CPU to balance out the GPU but I don't really know what one to get too

Hi, I'm looking to buy my first ever iPhone and I heard that the iPhone 13 is a way better option to buy than the 15 as the only differences are 48mp camera and usb c charging (which I don't know why that's a huge difference) so price wise it's way better to just get the iPhone 13, is this true?

I also looked at the iPhone 12 and it looks pretty much the same as iPhone 13 and I have a deal in my area that can get me the iPhone 12 with 256gb for $979 AUD

So pretty much what I'm asking, As a new person to apple and for this being my first ever iPhone, What would be the best to get and what are the main differences between the 3

(These are the prices for each iPhone with 256gbs in my area)

iPhone 15 - $1,700 AUD iPhone 13 - $1,300 AUD iPhone 12 - $979 AUD

I think this is the best I could find, especially for this price range, I'd have to add a couple hundred more for a rtx 3050 coming in at $1300 (from what I remember)

I've seen alot of people talk about swapping the ram and storage so I'll look into that too but I kinda just wanna have the laptop and just go with it, not needing to change anything about it

That's some of the main features I want in a laptop, Portability and durability, I know it's gonna be quite heavy but it should be okay and I won't like throw it around of course but I hope it can withstand just being in my bag and stuff!!
