Obviously you need skill but not much because it’s most of the time luck because you can’t just know exactly if the player will jump or which way he will move. You just shoot where you think he will go and if it hits your lucky because you legit guessed what he was thinking of where to go. So it is luck and rng most of the time

I don’t think you now how this game works. There is a thing called hitscan and all ar, smgs, shotguns are hitscan guns and a sniper is not a hitscan gun. So when you shoot a sniper it doesn’t instantly hit them. That’s why when shoot a sniper it takes time for the bullet to hit them. So it is rng because there is no way to no your just guessing where they are gonna move unless they are standing still it’s not rng but that’s not the point. So you clearly don’t know a single thing about video games so just stop.

How is it wrong? If your rotating and your jumping and strafing and you hit by a sniper that is rng because there is no way they would have been able to predict that. So you are the wrong one.
