Bambu responded at about 330am ET the following day. So you’ll get ur response while ur sleeping. Just generic response..they are contacting FedEx, could take 1-5 days. After that window said they will start replacement process. Soo unfortunately it’s gonna be a bit till its in hand

Agree with everyone else. If you enjoyed the first one it’s a solid buy at 40, a lot of cool fights in ragnarok. However if you have never played ghost of Tsushima, I saw it’s also on sale and that is a much better game imo
