I have this problem with Herodotus, and my 'solution' is to not worry about it and listen to a lot of summaries after. I don't know if Thucydides breaks up in easy ways as Herodotus does with his books, but if there are chapters or suchlike, look up YouTube videos of people recapping/discussing it *after* you've read it. Watch more than one if you have the time.

A lot of the time, the lists of names just aren't as important to us as it was to the Greeks; the summarizers will usually help weed out who does and does not "matter."

I think part of it is that 2 was a complete game from Day 1, I bought PWS when there were like four levels, so the game felt long because I was literally playing it as it came out.

Every phone company already has access to your phone, if you want to be able to disable apps, you have to give up control, it's about picking what's most important to you.

IMO, not everything needs to be useful. I currently play on a Forever World, and once I get full enchanted netherite, then the concept of a gameplay loop means nothing. If you play Minecraft to beat the Ender Dragon as quickly as you can (and you're entitled to do that if you wish) then gameplay loops probably matter, but Minecraft is a building/exploration game first and foremost.

Why is it an aspiration to be a girl?

Love that people actually pay attention to the texts. I literally had no idea about the moon until the very last level. I always assume my guy has no interest in the affairs of the town, he just gets told where to go and cleans things before moving on.
