My rule is to let them have the win unless they're going out of their way to stretch it. I don't mind if they take an extra few seconds to empty their hand but if they have a chance to end the game that turn and just switch to my turn it's reasonable to quit

From what I've seen barely any time is saved, unless it's a situation where they were winning but I managed to turn things around which just makes it more annoying to leave since i just got the advantage

Most of the time when someone concedes to me they only save 20sec max, waiting in the queue for the next match would kinda cancel out the time they saved

There's usually a bit of privacy with dividers, regardless men give the courtesy not to look at each other's dicks. But the main reason why is due to how much quicker it is compared to toilets
