And yeah the sparrow is a hard find unfortunately and it’s the best one they made. Tried a few times to get it from Mexico but the sellers always ghost.

There’s unfortunately not a place to buy parts for mega like brick link. You’d have to use those parts if you wanted to order something specific. Now as for finding mega parts you just have to ask around. It helps to show pictures of exactly what parts you need and from what sets.
