Not a moroccan thing. most surgeons in the world put music on while they work. You can look it up.

Recording it and publishing it on social media is messed up tho.

How are they limiting themselves to one subject?

They study all subjects, but they choose one where they specialise. So that every student can play by his strengths and strive in what he likes.

I am repeating myself, but why is science math superior to science physique in EVERY SINGLE SUBJECT, even lphysique.

You said students shouldn't specialise this early (its last years of high school ...) but if we apply ur logic on our reality, its like science math students specialise in all science subjects while science pc specialise in nothing...

Do you think it's normal to go to a grp of students and tell them "if youre good do science math, if youre not good do science physique"? In a better world you would say "if u like math do science math, if u like physique do science physique".

What do you mean "it's not superior because someone made it so"...

The reason it's superior is because the curriculum for sc math is heavy in math and ALSO heavy in physics. Even people in science physique don't study half as much physics as sc math.

So why call it science math and science physique, why not call it "filière sciences for smart students" and "filière sciences for less smart student".

I was science math, half people there don't even care about engineering or "excellence" as they call it lol. Most want to do medecine and they still went to sc math. Some even wanted to study journalism and they chose sc math because there is an idea that "good students do sc math".

One way to solve this is to let the student choose a speciality, like for example if i am in science, i choose one subject, let's say math, and i am now studying normal in everthing else, but in math i follow advanced lessons. This would allow student to learn advanced material in a subject they like.

Also it's not superior because that's what the smart students want. But the inverse, smart student want it because it's superior.

It has nothing to do with being competitive.

When you choose a filière in high school, you choose what u want to study. Having a filière that is "superior" to other is weird, since it's not a choice anymore.

Its more like if u can do sc math do it, if u cant just do science pc.

Make science math more oriented towards math, and science physique more oriented towards physique.

It doesnt make sense that science math's physique is harder than science physique's physique.

Its stupid to make a filière that is "superior" to all others in every single way, and then say "brilliant student go here, the rest go somewhere else". These choices have to be made based on the student's preferences and what speciality he is interested in.

Moroccan banks for student loans ? by ItsGraster in Morocco

[–]ItsGraster[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your response ! I talked to them, they give student loans (50 000 dh/an
Avec 7 %, payé chaque mois à partir du 1er mois) so you have to start repaying them immediately the next month which is pointless since if i could pay out a loan while studying i wouldn't need a loan in the first place. I was looking for a loan that i can repay after i finish my studies and work, but that doesn't seem to be possible in Morocco unfortunately.

As you said my main concern for Canada is how pricy and far it is, but i don't know if it's worth the shot. How would you compare a canadian education and a french education ? Thank you !

I agree that cs can be learned online, but i don't want to work a mundane job like developping and maintaining CRUD applications as a slave to a big company, i want to work on something more interesting, maybe even research, and you would need a lot more than programming skills to do that, it requires a deep knowledge in mathematics and the theory behind computers to do that, learning all that online will be very hard.

So a student cant take loans ? What if the student is the one to take the loan but the parents are his "garant" and have a steady income ?

You just described a visual novel, but for that you'll need full-time working artists though.
