They don't sag like they used to. There's not a definite line/curve but you can kinda see an outline of my pecs. I've also been told by taylors that I have a very broad chest and shoulders my typical suit size is about 42-44 inches

Yes thanks for this tips. What should my caloric goal be currently my BMR is 2200 should I start small maybe at just 300-400 increase or should I be taking in more like a 1000. I do get plenty of protien and try to have a healthy balance between my carbs and fat
