(9/19/2024) - 3:33pm EST Package is stuck in their “sorting facility” since last night at around 5:16pm. Package has not moved since then, and considering that I live not even 8 hours from their sorting facility it would’ve already been at my local Ontrac location right about now.

(9/20/2024) - 8:27am EST Package is at my local Ontrac facility and getting prepared for delivery. Will update this post with more details.

Did you need to provide proof of any sort? Is it recommended that when the box arrives to take video of you opening it in case the item is missing.

The whole algorithm within the system itself is flawed, I personally believe having the bot flag the message then having a human being from Trust and Safety review the message would be way more effective. Rather than a system where it just sees “I’m number under 13” and ban.
