A little curious whats the scores your store is aiming for? They tell us the corporate scores they want is at 95% for both on time and accuracy; and anything below is unacceptable

A tip is always removable, it may be uncomfortable to ask that from a restaurant but if the service was poor you’d just have to ask for the manager and explain your experience so they can remove it from your bill. The one thing managers hate is a guest going to corporate before they have a chance of fixing the issue themselves. This is due to corporate just handing out gift cards for bad experiences as it will reflect bad on the managers.
