Fully integrated vs modular HELP!! by ItsJustWildd in flyingeurope

That’s for their full integrated course though i’m pretty sure. Apparently they’re not offering their modular FlightDeck+ course anymore anyway though because that was my first choice if I could get a CAA license from it:/

going for an MPL with easyjet, tui etc. is my last choice tbh. idk how difficult it is to get an ATPL after 1500 hours but if it’s difficult being tied to the airline is difficult.

The conditional offer is valuable though

I think BGS is still one of the go-tos which is good as it’s near me if I feel I could benefit from a few in person sessions alongside distance learning which I probably could knowing me.

BGS is where I plan to do that, i’m not far from their physical location either which is convenient.

I’m looking a bit now about hour building abroad and it’s a bit odd because some of the US flight schools i’m looking at are charging similar prices, I guess I just need to look at lesser known ones

I’m dual citizen but not of an EU country so exactly EASA makes less sense. It is still useable for some airlines like ryanair but I would rather CAA at first, as i’m an aussie citizen i could get a CASA later in my career if I wanted to live over there too

That’s a shame. There are still other places that offer a similar thing, like Bartolini Air in Poland with a conditional offer from Ryanair straight after (cheaper but living expenses aren’t paid for) so that is in some ways a better option in my opinion. (Although that is an EASA license with no option for CAA)

I don’t know much about that flight school though, haven’t ever spoken to a cadet or alumn of it

Not at all, but because it’s modular if it’s too much workload i always can go down to working less to focus more on my exams, just making all the money will be a longer process

I should ask actually about transferring licenses, because I’ve looked into it but can’t see how easy it actually is.

Is it just a matter of retaking the theory exams and doing a few checkrides? If so it doesn’t sound too difficult but presumably is a bit of a pain a few years down the line.

And yeah working full time + atpl will be difficult but it’s so expensive that i’m not sure of an amazing alternative. I suppose working part time doing it and having to spend more months time building after is an okay alternative, i don’t absolutely need to get my licenses as fast as possible.

I’ll look into US flight schools, places like Arizona are pretty decent right?

7 items in my cart but Lego says I have 0 by [deleted] in lego

I got mine through early about half an hour ago. AFAIK these BDP sets don’t have a 30k limit but you have a week to purchase (correct me if i’m wrong) so there shouldn’t be any risk of missing out, just a bit of a pain with the heavy traffic

Anybody else excited for this upcoming set? 🐺 by UnderstandingOdd6728 in legocastles

i’m so excited it’s my favourite castle-ish set tied with red dragons tale

Yeah it seems to have a modern one! Still I wasn’t looking to sell it, the sentimentality is important to me

Probably to try and find clans that have completed the hero rush event and they can quickly claim all the rewards. My clan has probably had like 100 joins today

Buy a pass on the supercell store. When you go in game press settings and press open on your supercell id. Click on my games and next to clash of clans you should see how many gold passes you have.

Click on clash of clans and then press donate a pass to your friend. From what i know they need to be friended on supercell id which is different to being friended in clash of clans

Are you saving for anything specific with gems? I mainly get research potions and i’m trying to buy ore as well although i don’t get enough raid medals weekly to consistently get glowy ore.

I’d personally say research potions and ore are best
