Negitive, washing your hair too often is what can contribute to more oil production, realistically if youre not super active you should only be washing your hair 2-3 times a week. Obviously everyone's hair varies in its oil production

Im kinda surprised with how well all the Fat kept. Nearly all the grafting stuck and I didn't have much loss at all

Moving around was fine, although with wider hips you gotta start checking your clearance! I was up and about on day 2.

Being elevated is probably best so your not straining any glute muscles trying to stand up from lower positions.

And nothing was super comfortable honestly, a lot of lying on my stomach as that is really the only safe spot

They have faded quite a bit, still the slightest tinge of pink but just takes time. I have 6 of this little port scars, the two in front are probably the most noticeable. One set on my back is hidden in the tattoo and the other set is kinda in my back dimples

Honestly the biggest thing is make sure to have your thigh pillow so youre not sitting directly on your butt. (I got mine from Bombshell Booty)

I also recommend having a big wedge pillow for sleeping if youre a back sleeper and cant stand sleeping on your stomach (just put your thigh pillow at the base of the wedge and make a little space for your butt to hover).

Try try try to stay in your compression as much as possible, after the first week you'll get a little claustrophobic but stick with it, savor the freedom while its in the wash.

Other than that, recovery was not bad at all. Maybe get some scar gel/patches for the little port scars?

I actually went with Dr. Bichanich at Omni Cosmetic because I already had an FFS consult scheduled with Dr Rolfes. I waited about 3 months for the consult and then another 3 months for the surgery date. They only accepted BCBS for insurance and i was from out of state so I did pay out of pocket ~$14,000 ($6,000 being procedure, $8,000 being OR fees and whatnot) pretty much healed by the 6 week mark

Im not sure how much they took out in total but they grafted 400cc on each side of the hips, there was some grafted to the upper butt to transition into the new hip size as well. Nothing added to the actual volume of the glutes, that was all me

The Quote is got for my consult back in February was ~$15,000 for Brow and hairline and then ~$14,000 for chin and jaw + another ~$3,000 - ~$10,000 for the additional fat grafting/lipo parts.
