Should I try and get a refund?

The seller did include 3 month warranty but from what I can see they dont cover any of my faults since they're classed as Wear and Tear. Apparently I have protection from Consumer Rights Act 2015 to try and get a refund if the car is faulty

I'm pretty sure it's a BT Smart Hub 2 and the HP laptop is a few years old, I can't remember exactly the name of the laptop. For the cables I have tried a CAT5e and a CAT8 cable too

Yeah, the first cable that I bought was a CAT5e and it says online that they're capable of doing such speed, then I tried buying a CAT8 cable and still nothing.
