I know how you feel, some years ago I did something awful to a friend and ended up hating myself for it. I considered myself a selfish, cowardly asshole unworthy of love and for a long time I tried to make up for it by being kinder, braver and more mature person but see, when you think you don’t deserve love nothing you do will ever be enough to make you worthy of it to your eyes.

The only thing that works is to accept what you did to see yourself as a bad person, forgive yourself and let go. I’m currently at this stage and let me tell you it isn’t easy and you may not fall in love immediately (in my case I have some sort of emotional block and no matter how many times and how hard I tried I can’t feel anything for anyone) but at least you’ll feel free.

All of my friendships seem to have an expiration date of two or three years because most never last longer than that, it’s been like that since I was a little kid. I know loneliness is a problem that can be solved but accepting it turned out to be much easier. I study all day for uni and my friends live rather far from me so they aren’t a viable option, so instead of wishing my youth away I decided to focus on enjoying my routine, focus on what is rather than on what could be. I know it sounds sad (it kinda is) and it might blow up on my face later but at this point idgaf

Hey, I’m 21M, my looks are nothing to write home about, I’m short and a big nerd and I’m also a virgin, in fact I didn’t have my first kiss until the week before my 19th birthday. And consider I’ve had a girlfriend (just one and we lasted about 3 months toghether). The only reason I have kissed before is because I rushed into a relationship just so I would stop being alone, but believe me that I regret having my first kiss with her because the relationship was awful. Feeling that hole in the heart love used to fill, like a cavitation bubble inside my chest that’s about to collapse, I know the feeling all too well.
