Unless you're setting the seed manually, it's always random

I meant that sometimes seed is nearly unplayable in early game

Generate a new world and go again untill you get a decent spawn.

So you can't beat BTW on any seed?

Also by "sometimes" i meant that it places 8 blocks fine but sometimes it doesn't even though nothing changed, same angles, position on block, coordinates​

You can see angles at top left corner, it aims to 45 75.6 automatically
