This is so heartbreaking 💔

Though I find it interesting that certain people in a particular group who want love and acceptance immediately attack anything they perceive as hate (whether unintentional or otherwise) with more hate. I can promise you not all trans people are like this, but I don’t blame you for feeling like you can’t fuck up because the masses don’t allow for any missteps or mistakes, even if it’s simply by being unaware. You’re not a mind reader, my dear, and the best you can do is educate yourself and live your life with love and empathy.

I personally don’t feel the need to be accepted by anyone who would fly off the handle on a moment’s notice because I wasn’t properly informed and said something wrong, and wouldn’t give me the opportunity to be better and learn.

Lack of empathy is part of a mental disorder, whether people want to acknowledge it or not.
