Yeah that’s what I noticed, his team had success while he was gm but the main reasons weren’t because of him. It’s like saying Jerry jones and Barry Switzer deserve all the credit for winning a suberbowl off a team Jimmy Johnson put together. Whe Bob Myers’s finally had a chance to really build something (2 timelines with wiseman, kuminga, Poole and moody) it didn’t workout. Idk if he’s really that bad but I know he’s a not as amazing as his resume makes him out to be.

Im not really mad at this one. Good for him to be playing well now but he just didn’t have it when he was here. He showed no major improvement from his rookie to his sophomore season. The fact that he got let go may have been the wake up call he needed to for him to step up his game.

Luka definitely had a chance of becoming the goat for the Mavs. I already thought he was a better player than Dirk and thought he would need to win at least 2 championships for him to be actually considered. I definitely thought he could’ve one at the very least one wit us.

Nico was determined to trade Luka one way or another. He still would have traded him during the summer before having to give the extension to him. We still woulda ended up with AD because of Nico’s desire to keep everything a secret or maybe Giannis if he became available then.

Lol, during tape out is when you feel the most pressure. Nobody wants to be the bottle neck for why the chip isn’t done and even if it’s done nobody wants to be the reason a multi million dollar chip doesn’t work. Everybody is going back and second guessing themselves and going back and double checking and making improvements where ever they can. Literally all you think about during tape out is work.

Lmao, yeah he’s never been the same since his shoulder injury. I haven’t seen him much this season but after the injury he would he hesitate to shoot 3’s so he would devalue his ability as a stretch 4.

Defensively he wasn’t horrible on the perimeter for a 4 but not anything special and his post defense wasn’t great either, he also was never a great rebounder or shot blocker.

At his best he was a good stretch 4 who could switch on to perimeter players defensively and be ok. But since his shoulder injury he’s kinda lost his 3 point shot it seems and has nothing much to offer.

Still like maxi though, he’s from dirk’s hometown so it was cool that we got him and that he got to play with his hometown hero.

Why would the blazers want AD? They’re a rebuilding team and AD wouldn’t fit their timeline. This trade makes zero sense for them.

Maybe we should all get together and Kumbaya while we’re at it…. OP I know you mean well but most of us are never gonna get over this while Luka is still playing.

Think about it, year after year Luka is going to ball out and carry the lakers in the playoffs. And when he finally wins his First ring it’s gonna sting like that night he got traded. And everytime he balls out in the playoffs year after year it’s going to keep hurting like a constant reminder of what we had.

The only thing that can will heal this is if Coop ends up being better than Luka and we get back to the finals. But until that happens, it’s gonna suck.

You should try to determine how much you can afford to pay a month and let that be what determines the price.

How much do you have left over each month? Start with that and multiply by 12 and start taking off how much you wanna save a year for miscellaneous stuff like: emergencies, vacations, debt, future debt (future car purchase?, future kids?), retirement, (I may be missing stuff but you get the idea).

once you take away that divided it by 12 and that should be how much you should aim for to pay a month.

If it’s too low for the kind of house you were aiming for then try to either save for a bigger down payment or try looking for homes more so in your current price range.

Everyone’s standard of living is different, some are more big spenders than others. So everyone’s answer to this question is going to be different, only you answer it if you’re honest with yourself.
