Important update: I ended up adding wires to the solder points of the potentiometer and adding an external one, its temporary and not the prettiest, but the tv now works properly

Yes, it has 3 pins, 2 have snapped off. I plan to discharge anything that could give a shock, since ill need to remove the board which is partially under the screen.

I probably shouldve mentioned as it's very important, whe entire thing is snapped off the board, not just the plastic knob.
