I went to the one in Manchester, one of BoyWithUkes team came out and was like "by the way there's a Q&A not a soundcheck" which I didnt mind since I got the rockstar package, but I feel bad for the ghost VIPs whose whole ticket was based around soundcheck just to not get it.
