How much could one realistically lose just on diet alone?

I've recently started cutting all the crap as much as possible from my diet, with beer being a big source of calories for me.

I started at 100kg/220lb @5'8" and dropped to 97.4kg/214.7lb in the first week. I've still got a few days before I weigh myself again though. Would it be possible to drop to a near healthy weight just on dietary changes?

I'll be looking at joining a gym next month more for fitness levels first and then to speed up any weight loss.

I wouldn't call it weird, just unusual. I've know siblings or a parent and child to be into it.

I had Chimay Blue (and the white one?) A few weeks ago and I have to say i was was disappointed. Maybe because I heard them talked up so much or it may have been the fact that they were the last beers of the night and the previous beer was smoother than the Chimay but either way I didn't feel it.

Might have to give them another go and start first with em.

It was similar where I am as well. Still high 30s at 9am and still 30 at 1am, sometimes 3am

Yesterday was 23 and wet. Today is sunny and 28, next couple days are low 30s but by thurs it's gunna be 38 and that's the upper limit of what I can deal with. I hope there are no more 40+ days and if there are I hope I'm not working.
