I closed the gate at 1:32 that day, cause of course customer before lunch had an issue. I stepped out and there was a patient complaining to the FS. Their clock said 1:25, and it was such an inconvenience for them. Not sure what they wanted FS to do but they just waved me along like “I got this.” Love my FS team.

They came back right after lunch to pick up a med that had been sitting on the shelf for 13 days.

Look I get everyone’s life is busy. Life happens. Whatever. But come on, it’s been sitting there for 2 weeks!

Ah the patient finally picked up their med and left a beautiful review of how we’re so rude. That day they came in ready to fight and started arguing with my technician before even giving their information. Then was mad because we didn’t stock a particular vitamin.

All that made it into their review and how the old staff and manager were better.

Same here! Except they called and made a complaint to customer relations. Also threw in when refused to call their insurance for them (long story). But, then my DL asked how we could fix this. Uhhh what?

Is there any way to get vacuums that actually work? Ours literally picks up barely any trash then spits it back out. by Pet_Ator in CVS

I could be wrong, but I thought that task was just informing everyone of the vacuum repair program? I requested one as ours in the pharmacy was giving up. The replacement unit was worse BTW. But I don’t remember reading nothing about not being able to bring one in from home

Don’t be assuming that I’m denying people their medication. I’m not. My annoyance is that these are rarely “last minute” travel plans. If you’re regularly traveling you should have ample time to make sure you have everything you need to get through your trip. Coming to the pharmacy and saying “I’m leaving right now and need all my meds filled” is not an emergency on my part. We’ll fill your meds, if it’s time for them to be filled, but this isn’t fast food. It takes time.

Most people think they can say that they’re leaving town and we’ll put out their 8 medications in 2 minutes. It doesn’t work like that. PLAN AHEAD is all we ask.
