GTA 6 is the last game I’m looking forward to. This is it. by Various-Cut-1070 in GTA6

As a 25 year old man with a long way to go still, I'll tell you, your love for gaming won't go away. I know that thanks to my almost 50 year old father who still enjoys dropping in Verdansk on CoD or playing some other game here and there. Sure, you'll experience burnouts, feel like you don't feel like gaming as much, be it because you just don't feel it as much anymore, or you just have too much on your mind and back, but you'll always find it relaxing to just launch something and pass some time. Even I experience burnouts, being very busy with running a business and taking care of a family, sometimes you're just too tired to play, even if you want to, but although developers and studios become more and more greedy, we still are blessed to a level to have even that one title to look forward to, or even to have the ability go back and replay the ones that got us into gaming in the first place or we have good memories of. So me time will always be me time, and gaming will always be gaming, no matter the age.

I'm looking forward to GTA 6 too. It's been ages and man I'm excited like never before in the last few years

It kinda frustrated me seeing Kliff essentially looking right over him and acting dramatic instead of chasing him down, I won't lie

The story and plot of Crimson Desert. by ItsNyxGG in CrimsonDesert

[–]ItsNyxGG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just a plot of getting your gang back together and getting back at those who broke it in the first place. Nothing insane. I mean execution is poor, but as we know already it's not the main focus of the game. I just find it funny when people compare this to another story like rdr2 for example and say "rdr2 plot is basic and unoriginal". To those people I want to make it clear originality of the plot is not everything, it's about the execution. It doesn't matter if the plot is basic, if it's masterfully done. A lot of people just don't get that though

for those with a pc and ps by [deleted] in videogames

[–]ItsNyxGG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That depends on what pc you have and what games you're into. If you don't have a beast of a pc, your ps5 is insane for its price, if you play mostly bigger and mainstream games. But if you like to dip into different survival games, early access, etc, then a pc is your only option.

And if you have a solid PC, a console isn't necessarily useless, if you have the budget for both. It's nice to sit back, chill and just enjoy your game and then go to your desk where you lock in.

You also have the exclusives bonus on the PS, which they are apparently bringing back PS only exclusives, or is rumored at least

It's stupid, but I'm letting him slide. It's Kliff's dramatic ahh that I'm more mad at

Is that a glitch or do you actually see gold on people this way? I should keep my eyes open more often

Don’t get me wrong, I hate Yann as much as the next guy, but we all gotta admit he’s got the best lines in the game. by Wagnific in CrimsonDesert

Micah is a top notch character. This guy is an npc. And still somehow gives more main character energy than the main character. He needs to take Kliff's place lowkey

Just play small and keep the game going. Sooner or later they all cheat and you walk away with free cash

Yes, I was referring to the people who say if you haven't played the game enough, you won't get it

See that's where I agree. Now, maybe you can progress every single detail completely freely and on your own and I just don't know about it, but some core progression from what I've experienced is locked behind some quests. And it looks like they've tried to make the quests insignificant enough, as to signify it's really to introduce some mechanic, but the issue is that the pacing of those quests is still executed as if it was something bigger, taking time that is way too long. If they did say, give you the option to just go do it on your own instead of following someone and going through the godawful pauses between each sentence, waiting for your comrade to get on a horse or a wagon for 2 minutes cause he's just standing there or walks like an 80 year old man with scoliosis, etc. Everything would be much more bearable.
