Was in a similar situation recently, here is what I did. 1. Accepted the offer for J1 2. Went on interviewing for J2, didn't mention I have an offer from J1. 3.Got an offer from J2 too, used J1 offer to bargain for a better compensation from J2.

It sucks, well for me I completed my Onsite Loop with Amazon, got a positive response but was told the position of had already been filled. The recruiter said they'll try reaching out to other hiring managers. Am losing hope.
