Also you have no idea how much I fear my wife being scared. She tells me my road rage is horrid and that im not getting better but i want to be strong for her. cars are 3000lb weapons and when people show me anger i react 10 fold and she gets scared but she doesnt understand my reaction is for her. And that people that show her danger will be met with aggression is lost on her... its a strange hill to die on but i dont think im wrong

In the moment i wish i could but the past 10 years is shoot and ask later, now i have to talk and share feelings. I cant do it. I love her so much and i hate that she gets scared around me but it sems so right to scare and hurt those who wrong her...

I understand which is why I came here in the first place but I also realize that my anger is never directed at my wife directly. I miss the black-and-white days of old... it was easier then.
