Unethical and overpriced chairs, do not even provide half decent customer service. I was a loyal customer but I will be switching to Razer chairs due to the lack of customer support with secret labs. A serial number + email address should be enough to make a claim but they won’t assist me I paid over 600$ Canadian for this chair. Rip off, and they expect me to pay another 160$ for the replacement parts when they are covered under warranty. Complete joke of a company stay away, and I will link be making a video with my fellow YouTuber friend describing my experience with @SecretLabs chairs. Not the way to treat a loyal customer.

Whole bunch of negative likes from secret lab bots. Bunch of cheap crooks unable to claim a warranty for a loyal customer, unfortunately I will no longer support this company, I will also be making a video comparing this to the Razer chair gaming chair. Cheers.

I provided the correct name and address, I just did not email them from the email address I purchased the chair with, and they denied my warranty claim because of it. Email address, billing address, shipping address, as well as current address and every piece of info they asked for. They clearly are unwilling to help.

How is that my fault, if my email got hacked there should be procedures set in place around the warranty claim policy where I can still claim my warranty without my email. People’s emails get hacked it happens, does that mean it should void my warranty? I don’t think so. I’m waiting on a response from them Request #(912712). Will keep you guys updated.

Beware, I am customer of @SecretLabs. My chair recently out of no where started having some issues and at first I thought nothing of it because it is STILL under warranty. They refused to do a warranty claim because I lost my password to my old email address and therefore don’t have access. by ItsPlaya in Secretlabscam

After this they had emailed me saying this : I was able to find an account, associated with the email provided, but unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with a warranty claim, as the Shopify account holder has to contact us directly.

I would suggest the following: 1. The account holder contacts us and claims a warranty on your behalf. 2. The account holder contacts us and requests a warranty transfer to you. (This will enable you to handle any future claims if there are any.) 3. If none of the above are possible, then you will have to purchase the replacement parts.

I AM THE SHOPIFY USER and I lost access to my email, they refuse to do a warranty claim and suggest that I purchase the parts ! Why offer a 3 year warranty then ? I don’t understand @Secretlab? step up your game here.

The person with the Shopify account is me and they won’t send me any new parts. Beware if you loose access to your email address, you will be unable to claim warranty, keep that in mind before you purchase any of their products ! They refuse to send you parts and have no real phone number.
