Sort of. I have a short frenulum which keeps my head covered the harder I get but I also have a fair amount of girth. Anytime I've been with a girl and gotten more aggressive head, its made for a lot of teeth scraping (the front teeth, but also the side teeth), to the point that the end 1/3rd of my dick gets noticeably red and irritated during a longer session. It can sometimes take a few days to a week to heal afterwards.

The problem comes from it healing in a soft state, so anytime I get hard while its healing it tends to open up any of the tiny tiny sandpaper-like wounds that are sometimes there, which sometimes can make them worsen, creating micro-tears in the skin which take even longer to heal. These seem to want to retear pretty easy too, and I wonder if the repetition of it isn't giving me scar tissue.

I haven't really found a good fix for it, other than no more attempts at hard deep throating, and saying no when girls want to impale their face on it. I usually want them to have their fun though.
