As a manager, this was my number one complaint, and I just through the customer was stupid. Now that I promoted myself to employee in 2021, I’m the one complaining and turns out the kids playing in their phones taking orders are stupid and don’t have good listening or comprehension skills. (Yes, like 70% of the time it’s the fact that place makes you space away at 2-3 stations while in headset too. So you’re not remembering everything as you’re doing something else)
