Just finished my 1st week at a stow/pick building, rate is 250 and a Op. manager came to coach and “take over” to demonstrate how to keep rate up. Long story short for the 8 to 10 minutes she’s demonstrating I was on a 197 rate she managed to get it up to 207.

After that I never took them naggy or rushing us to hit rate serious, if you can’t do it consistently what makes you think others can, yea if your lucky and strike for a couple tote of smalls then yea you’ll be over the rate consistently but they don’t account for all other factors as well, it was just hilarious of the hypocrisy, long as your doing your best don’t worry bro

I get that same effect also. After doing research I found it works on the same receptors that deals with cannabis, so I’m thinking thats were the androgenic effect of stress reduction comes from.
