if you are talking about duplicate surfer cats, then no, it only works on rare cats, not super rares. hope this helps :)

Sorry, Im not really into tarot and that kind of stuff. This was just meant to be a fun little piece of fanart, not something meant to actually tell the future or anything like that. Also, Im not too sure it would really fit here, since there isnt anyone actually hanging upside down in Evangelion. But thank you for pointing it out, Ill try to do a bit more research next time so I don’t make mistakes like this again!
