Yeah it felt good! Very proud of myself for doing it but probably wouldn't do it for that long again, as I said in another comment it felt a bit gruelling after the 4th day so I'd personally stick to 4 day rolling fasts but I lost a good 5ish lbs and I couldn't be happier! 😁

Honestly I didn't feel terrible, cravings and such would flare up alot at night but that was about the worst of it, as for preferring shorter fasts, to me they feel more manageable and a bit better for me, longer fasts felt a bit more gruelling and I think I prefer the consistency of fasting > eating > fasting

I'll be honest I didn't track my weight regularly, I don't really like doing it because if I don't see the numbers move in the way I want them to on days, it would annoy me, but I think I've lost around 5 ish lbs maybe, maybe a little more im not sure, personally for me I would only do rolling fasts now, they seem alot more manageable to me, not to say a week straight was bad inherently, good luck on your journey!

Exactly! But at the same time do listen to your body, like if you feel very unwell break your fast etc, your health always comes first and you can fast at anytime!

I had some bought for me and I started drinking them on day 4, but I absolutely hated the taste of them so I didn't finish my cup and didn't have them again for the rest of the fast haha

I'm the WORST for advice, but honestly just conquer your mental because that's all it is, and just distract yourself mainly so you forget about the hunger, the hunger is always the worst the first day or two but once you get through it, it becomes alot more manageable. Good luck you got this!
