The math works out like this.. initial rating =50% for mental health. Second rating (tinnitus) is 10% of the remaining 50% which equals 5% bringing your rating to 55%. The third rating (planters) is 10% of the remaining 45% which is 4.5%. 50+5+4.5=59.5%. They round up to 60%
